Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition. All original tags must be attached, and the item should be returned in its original packaging or a suitable alternative that protects it during transit. We reserve the right to refuse a return or issue a partial refund if an item shows signs of wear, damage, alteration, or does not meet these condition requirements.

Items deemed to be final sale are not eligible for return. This typically includes, but is not limited to, items marked as such during promotional events or clearance sales.

The Return Process

Initiate your return by accessing the returns portal through your account on our website. You will need your order number and email address to begin. Follow the instructions to generate a return authorization and a prepaid return shipping label. We require a return authorization for all returns; unauthorized returns (returns sent without this authorization) may be significantly delayed in processing or may not be accepted.

Once you have your authorization and label, securely package the item(s), ensuring all tags are intact. Affix the provided label to the outside of your package and drop it at the designated carrier location. We strongly recommend that you obtain a drop-off receipt from the carrier for your records, as we cannot be responsible for return packages lost in transit without proof of shipment.

Refunds

Upon receipt of your return at our fulfillment center, our team will inspect the item to verify it meets our return conditions. Please allow time for the package to travel and for this inspection to occur.

Once your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment used for the purchase. Depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account. The original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective item.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges through our returns system. To exchange an item for a different size or color, please process a return for the original item following the steps above. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item on our website. We recommend doing this promptly to ensure your preferred size and style remain in stock.

Damaged or Defective Items
